Do one pose that you're familiar with when the kettle is on.
Leave your mat rolled out.
Set the clock 20 minutes early to fit in a morning practice.
Practice one pose you know, and one you don't !
Try starting the day with Adho Mukha Virasana and Adho Mukha Virasana.
Try using sequences from a book - or ask me for one.
Start small and build yoga into your day.
Don't feel guilty if it doesn't happen.
